Second General Assembly
The event took place on 31st of August in Bristol.
The Second General Assembly of D-STANDART took place last week on 31st of August and 1st of September, respectively at University of Bristol and National Composites Centre (NCC) in Bristol, UK.
This important gathering, was a great opportunity for the 26 participants to assess the progress and also introduce our Advisory Board Members to the project. They also discussed the next steps, particularly focusing on major upcoming milestones: coupon manufacturing, digital threads management, review of the test plan and the demonstrator designs, strategy toward LCA, LCC and TEA assessment.
Finally, brief tours of the University Lab, NCC applied research centre and iCOMAT facility were organised and triggered very interesting discussions.
